Seriously, I’m pretty much the master of half-done, if I do say so myself.. Chris isn’t too bad either, except this time, he screwed up.

This is our second slipcover for this sofa.The first one was beige and lasted about 4 years.. We picked this one up basically because it was a $300 slipcover on sale for $40.

We weren’t really excited about it at the time, but the old one was done for.I’ve enjoyed having this white floral pattern though for the last 4 years.It’s really grown on me..

But it is well past the stage where laundering helps it and flipping the cushions doesn’t help because there are spills on both sides of all of them..So the time has come.

I Googled slipcovers and landed on the Surefit website..

So many choices!Right now in this picture there’s so much junk and so many toys hidden that you wouldn’t believe it.

It’s there though!This way I don’t have to look at a million different colors from toys and stuff messing with my perfect grey back drop.

Well, sometimes I do, but I can make them go away, fast!I even hid things like DVDs in those little boxes and it made a huuuge difference.. Symmetry makes it Special (and Alliteration makes it Awesome).
