We got a new light!Of course, you can hardly see it in these pictures, but I just want you to know that it’s not for a lack of trying!.We got it from The Home Depot down the street and Chris just installed it the other day.. I’ve been stalking light fixtures all over the place ever since and planning out all the new lights we “need” for every other room.
I love what a difference it makes!.That sucker is bright!.

I knew I wanted a lantern style in this room, but I hadn’t considered this more modern type until one of my mother-in-laws bought it for her house, but then discovered it was too big.It’s one of the most popular pins out there!
There’s a good reason for that too!This is a real problem for a lot of people!
I’ve tried the can opener trick and sadly, it didn’t work for me.I bet it does work, but you probably need a really specific type of can opener and it probably only works on certain shapes of packaging.
